In our team project, we are developing a user journey map to design an optimized banking service aimed at simplifying the account opening process. By integrating job scoping and value quotient methods, we seek to align the service with users' expectations and needs. Our approach focuses on identifying critical user touchpoints and understanding the value they derive at each stage, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from start to finish.
