Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of the SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) activity notification system, focusing on identifying key pain points and proposing targeted improvements. To assess the potential impact and practicality of our suggestions, we evaluated them across four levels: 'Total,' 'Feasibility,' 'Viability,' and 'Expectation,' with each level progressively addressing greater risk and complexity. This structured approach allowed us to prioritize recommendations that are not only effective but also realistically implementable, ensuring enhanced user experience and system efficiency.
